This workshop can be utilized for a general audience but is particularly helpful for those building their foundational tools to work in maternal mental health.
* Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) is an umbrella term for a range of mental health conditions that can occur during pregnancy and up to one year after giving birth.
The fourth trimester is the 12-week period after giving birth, and it's a time of adjustment and recovery for both the mother and baby. It's just as important as the first three trimesters of pregnancy, and it's a time when many changes can occur physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
