The GWSCSW will host our 9th Annual FREE Legislation and Advocacy Brunch IN-PERSON on Saturday, September 9, 2023, 10 am-1 pm. “Focusing on the Interstate Social Work Compact” will feature our lobbyists, Christine Krone (MD) and Mark Smith (VA), as well as all of our committee chairs. Laura Groshong, CSWA Director of Policy and Practice will also join us to give a national view. How can you help to get this passed? What impact will it have on our patients and our practices? What else needs to be advocated for? Come learn-and help educate us about what’s on your mind!
