With over 30 years of clinical experience and specialized training in individual and couples therapy and trauma recovery, I work collaboratively, short or long term, helping people find the self trust, mindfulness and direction needed to face external problems and the courage for more intensive self examination to work on chronic embedded problems. Finding a psychotherapist can be an intimidating process. Your job is to locate someone you feel has a good understanding of your problems. I offer initial consultation sessions, and if you feel comfortable we proceed to work on issues blocking you from leading the life you envision.
